Mukti Organics Affiliate Program T&Cs 

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.  

By participating in the Program, affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner. 

1. Affiliate Eligibility 

1.1 Enrolment: 
To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application on our website and agree to these terms. 

1.2 Approval: 
Mukti Organics reserves the right to approve or deny any affiliate application for any reason. 

2. Affiliate Responsibilities 

2.1 Promotion: 
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Mukti Organics products in a professional and ethical manner. This includes using approved marketing materials provided by Mukti Organics

2.2 Compliance: 
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to their promotional activities. 

2.3 Ethical Behaviour: 
Affiliates should not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices. Any violation of this will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program. 

2.4 Use of Affiliate Links: 
Affiliates will be provided with unique affiliate links. These links can be used in promotional activities for the purpose of tracking affiliate referrals. Purchases made through affiliate links will be paid commissions if all terms are met. 

2.5 Coupon Codes: 
Affiliates may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. 

We reserve the right to reverse any commissions generated from unauthorised coupon codes obtained from any non-affiliate marketing channel. Posting any information about how to work around the requirements of a coupon/promotion will result in removal from the program. 

Coupon codes are only valid for one use per customer.

2.6 No Self-Purchases:  
Affiliates are not eligible to receive commissions on purchases made using their own affiliate links or coupon codes. Any such commissions will be voided. 

3. Commission and Payments 

3.1 Cookies: We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. 

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity. 

Cookies day is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate. 

3.2 Commissions 

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...). 

3.3 Payments: 
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details in your Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page. 

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. 

3.4 Currency 

Financial transactions covered by this agreement will be processed in the AUD currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings. 

4. Marketing & Promotion 

4.1 Marketing tools: We may share promotion medias such as banner, logos or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab, available to download. 

4.2 Permitted Promotional Methods: 
Permitted promotional methods include: Incentivised Traffic (affiliates must be clear on the associated incentives and cannot mislead customers to generate clicks and/or orders), Email (must be branded as the affiliate and cannot impersonate the merchant's email), and Social Media (Affiliates may not present themselves as the merchant or impersonate the merchant or its employees in any way). 

4.3 Paid Search Policy: 

Our affiliate program strictly does not allow paid search bidding on all Brand and Product keywords including variations or misspellings. This includes Mukti, Mukti Organics, muktiorganics.com, Mukti Botanicals, or Marigold Hydrating Crème, etc. 

Protected SEM Bidding Keywords: You may NOT bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, MSN, Yahoo, Facebook or any other network. 

We strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords. 

5. Removal from Referral Program 

5.1 Fraud Protection: 
Mukti Organics employs measures to detect and prevent fraud. Affiliates engaging in fraudulent activities will be subject to immediate termination from the affiliate program.
